Soul Tide Collective (also called Soul Tide Sound) is based in Vero Beach, Florida. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Soul Tide Collective. By using our website, buying a ticket, attending an event, or signing up for our messages, you agree to these terms. Our Services We offer sound baths, meditation, energy healing, and related wellness events, both in person and online. These services are for relaxation and personal wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and they do not replace care from a licensed healthcare provider. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about sound sensitivity, talk with your doctor before you attend. Tickets, Payments, and Refunds We charge ticket prices and fees as listed at checkout. Unless an event page says otherwise, tickets are non-refundable. If we cancel or reschedule an event, a credit toward a future event will follow. Please follow staff instructions and treat other guests, the venue, and our instruments with respect. We may refuse entry to anyone who is disruptive or unsafe, or ask them to leave. Photos and Recordings We may photograph or record events for promotional use. If you don't want to appear in photos or recordings, please tell a staff member. SMS / Text Message Terms Program description: When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Soul Tide Collective. These include sound bath announcements, event reminders and updates, and promotional offers. How to opt in: You can sign up by completing our paper sign-up form at an event, or by any other sign-up method we offer that asks for your clear consent. Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per month. Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone plan. Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and after that you will receive no further messages unless you sign up again. Help: Reply HELP for help, or email info@soultidecollective.com. No purchase required: You do not need to agree to receive texts in order to buy anything from us. Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
